The Leeds SANDS Group is a self help group and aims to offer emotional support to all parents who have lost their baby at birth or shortly after (if death occurred up to approximately 4 weeks after birth). The group meets monthly on an informal basis and gives bereaved parents the opportunity to share their experiences with other bereaved parents. Leeds SANDS can also be contacted if a bereaved parent just wishes to talk about their situation on the phone. |

Support meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month at the above adress. The above telephone number is carried on a rota basis by a trained befriender. If you are unable to speak directly with a befriender, we will endeavour to return your call within 48 hours. |
