Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust’s Bereavement Service offers a co-ordinated administrative service, support and advice to the relatives and friends of patients who have died in hospital. In addition, the facility to register the death is offered at Bradford Royal Infirmary 3 days per week by appointment only. |

Closed weekends and Bank Holidays.
